Story is about a Kaliyugi leeladhari and it is mostly thuggery of a careerist. His name is Amogh Lila Das, his real name was Ashish Arora. In his biodata he mentions himself as monk, lifestyle coach, and motivational speaker. On YouTube and social media, Amogh Leela Prabhu is known as spiritual motivational speaker and social activist. He is currently the Vice President of Dwarka ISKCON. He asks Hindus to fund ISKCON run by foreigner Christians employed by Pope. Recently, he has been kicked out by his organization for his ‘Fish Eater ‘remark on Vivekananda. He wanted to become a progressive spiritualists by speaking on a controversial topic. He was not first to speak on Vivekananda’s non-vegetarianism. I have written about it long ego in my small book on Ramkrishna Paramhansa. He was not wrong either, Truth must be told whoever it is. But he was expelled by the ISKCON operating from Nadia, West Bengal. Since he is part of huge and a very rich organization, he wrote apology to remain as the cog in the wheel. Who does not want to be part of a rich institution run by Beef eater Christians? But this article is not about him, it is about his ignorance and idiocy. He was an IT engineer hence he collected informative knowledge largely from internet. He hasn’t read even Bhagavatam Mahapuran properly.

Now since he is follower of Vaishnava dharma, he should answer few questions. Why there are chapters on astrology in Bhagavatam and all Vaishnava Puran? why Krishna’s birth in a certain nakshatra is mentioned as auspicious? why in 12th canto Bhagavatam gives specific yoga for the beginning of Krita Yuga? If astrology can’t make any difference then why Valmiki would describe birth chart of Rama in great detail with exalted planets? Why Tulsi Dasa would write “जोग, लगन, ग्रह, वार, तिथि, सकल भए अनुकूल।’
Why Valmiki would say that since Ravan has abducted Sita in certain Bind muhurt, she will certainly return –
येन याति मुहूर्तेन सीताम् आदाय रावणः ।
विप्रनष्टम् धनम् क्षिप्रम् तत् स्वामि प्रतिपद्यते।
विन्दो नाम मुहूर्तो असौ स च काकुत्स्थ न अबुधत्।।
Why all Samhita texts emphasize on auspiciousness of certain nakshatra, tithi, zodiac etc. Why all Upanishads consider it among six limbs of Vedas and is said to be eyes of Vedas? Sage Lagadha wrote in 1400-1700 BCE-
वेदा हि यज्ञार्थमभिप्रवृत्ताः कालानुपूर्वा विहिताश्च यज्ञाः।
तस्मादिदं कालविधानशास्त्रं यो ज्येतिषं वेद स वेद यज्ञान् ॥ 

Why would Narada visit to see chart of goddess Parvathi and tell her mother that girl was very fortunate, she was embodiment of Shakti herself and all deva-danava would take resort to her feet to fulfill their desires ? If Nakshatras and Zodiac is body of Prajapati as Veda says then why it can’t change one’s destiny? There is a verse in Bhagavatam where it is said that by meditating on Kal-purush Vishnu whose body is all zodiac and nakshatras “नमो ज्योतिर्लोकाय कालायनायानिमिषां पतये महापुरुषायाभिधीमहीति ॥” One becomes FREE from all sin and hence his destiny will change. He will be liberated!
ग्रहर्क्षतारामयमाधिदैविकं
पापापहं मन्त्रकृतां त्रिकालम् ।
नमस्यत: स्मरतो वा त्रिकालं
नश्येत तत्कालजमाशु पापम् ॥ ९ ॥

Zodiac sign, nakshatras and stars are adhidaivik form of God Vishnu. Indra, Varun, Vasu, Rudra etc. devta who are rulers of nakshatras are said to be adhidaiva in Bhagavad-Gita. These god give us sukh or dukh through planets. If this what is intended in Shrutis is true then why they can’t change one’s destiny ? Why Sun is God and iS worshiped in Vaishnava dharma? Why it is at the center of Gayatri upasana ! Yudhisthira worshiped Sun and obtained ‘Akshaya Patra’. Scripture says “आरोग्यं भास्करादिच्छेत्” Worship Sun for Health and longevity. More so, why a certain Ekadashi fast can only please lord Vishnu? Why Vaishnavas should do it?

It simply proves that Amogh Lila Das is quasi literate and careerist, he is a jockery and dupes young ITians through his stupidity. He has no substantive knowledge of Hindu Vaishnava dharma at all.
