स-सर्पग्निजलेशर्क्षे भानुमन्दारवासरे।
भद्रातिथौ जनुर्यस्या: सा विषाख्या कुमारिका।।

Yoga says that if following conditions are fulfilled then one is born in this inauspicious yoga-
Nakshatra should be (Ashlesha, Krittika and Shatbhisha)
Day should be (Sunday, Saturday , Tuesday),
and Tithi should be Bhadra (2, 7, 12) that is Dvitiya, Saptami and Dwadashi.
Kangana was born in Ashlesha nakshatra (4th pada which is worst), Sunday, Dwadshi tithi.
If there is auspicious planet in 7th house from lagan or Moon then yoga is said to be nullified. There is no auspicious planet in 7th from Moon or Lagan.
All above conditions are fulfilled in Kangana Ranaut’s birth chart except that thithi is dwadashi. As per shloka she is not a Vishkanya but certainly there is some combined effect of Krishnapaksha dwadashi tithi-gandmool nakshatra 4th pada and Day. I think that this combination should be considered similar to krishnachaturdashi tithi dosh.

The effect of Vishkanya Yoga is expressed by her many poisonous statements-
1-She declared everyone anti-national who did not watch her movie.
2-She said in an interview that “no one is worthy to visit her home, and that she doesn’t have any friends“
3-She posted a video saying she was a drug addict
4-She accused all most every bollywood star for sexual exploitation and said 99% Bollywood takes drug

Kangana is famous for her poisonous tongue on social media.

Second –
सपापश्च शुभौ लग्ने द्वौ पापौ शत्रुभस्थितौ।
यस्या जानुषि सा कन्या विषाख्या परिकीर्तिता।
This yoga is formed when two planets, one auspicious and another inauspicious is in ascendant, and two paap planets are in enemy sign .
more or less this condition is also fulfilled in her chart.
