Emilie Dervilliers (Emilie Stephanie Sophie Dervilliers born 3 May 1978 ) is French teenager who practiced Satanism influenced by Hitler’s racism and Satanism. At the age of 18 she with Anthony Magnoni and two other local teens desecrated the Toulon cemetery in the early hours of 6/09/1996 and brought up the body of Yvonne Foin, who had been buried twenty years prior, on 6/11/1976. These teens were influence by Satanism that is somewhat vague and borders around Satanism and Hitlerism. All the four performed satanic rituals on the cadaver, including necrophilia (sex with corpses which Hindu call Shava sadhana) Emilie said she experienced a great thrill. They all admitted a ferocious hatred for human beings.

They were sentenced on 10/20/1997. Emilie was sentenced to three years in jail (one year suspended). Emilie was accompanied by two boys one was Magnoni , cousins, and a fourth youth who was a minor and not identified.
